Data Deletion Policy

Duha Nashrah.AI is a project of Niku Solution PTE LTD.
At DuhaNashrah.AI, we respect your right to privacy and data protection.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold.

1. Scope of Data Collected

Our app may collect limited user information necessary to provide functionality, including:

  • Public profile information (name, email, Page access)
  • Page insights and post engagement metrics
  • Advertising and campaign data (when boosting posts)

No sensitive personal data (e.g., passwords, financial, or biometric information) is collected or stored.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request by contacting us through one of the following methods:

    Please include the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
    and provide sufficient details to help us verify your identity (e.g., your registered email address or account reference).
  • Online Form (optional):

    (If your website doesn’t have this page yet, you can create a simple form directing submissions to your email.)

3. What Happens After You Submit a Request

Once your request is received:

  • We will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 7 business days.
  • We may contact you for verification to ensure your data is deleted securely and appropriately
  • Upon verification, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, backups, and partner platforms within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax or compliance records).

4. Data Retention Policy

User data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services.

  • If a user disconnects the app or requests deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
  • Logs and analytics may be retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes, after which they are anonymized.

5. Data that can be deleted

We can delete:

  • User account information
  • Communication records (emails, messages, chats)
  • Analytics and interaction logs
  • Any personal or identifiable data associated with your account

Certain data (such as anonymized statistics or legally required transaction records) may be retained where applicable.

 

6. Removing Access from Our App

Users can remove their LinkedIn or Instagram account with one click by going to the Integration tab in the app.

7. Removing Access from Meta (Facebook or Instagram)

Users can remove our app’s access anytime by going to their Facebook settings:
Settings → Business Integrations → Remove App

Once removed, no further data will be collected, and all stored data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Third-Party Data Deletion

If your data is processed through our third-party integrations (e.g., Google, Meta, CRM systems, or automation APIs), we will also forward your deletion request to these partners when possible or guide you on how to request deletion directly with them.

9. Policy Updates

This Data Deletion Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations or app functionality.
